Because we are a limited-edition boutique, exchanges are not possible for all items. If an item arrives and doesn't fit correctly, please re-purchase the item in the proper size for you and then submit a request for exchange of the original item. We cannot guarantee your size will be available by the time an exchanged item arrives, therefore the re-purchase secures the correct sizing for you. When an exchange is sent back, we will refund the original purchase in-full once receive the delivery notification.
All sales are final after seven days of receipt of delivery. Meaning, if an item arrives on a Monday please submit your notice of return by the following Monday. This is to ensure the product is in the same condition as when it arrives, and maintain inventory balance. We cannot facilitate returns after the seven day window.
