Back in the 90's, there used to be a shop in the Regency and Avenues malls that would have these hats available. That shop is closed now but, fortunately for us, we found a couple of unsold cases in an old abandoned storage room and now that treasure is yours.
Not sure what happened to that shop, but they were very interested in this thing called "the internet". The shop used to be called Football Fana--- ya know what? It doesn't matter.
